Will not eating enough make me lose weight?
First of all, eating 600-700 calories will make you lose weight. Just realize that you will be starving yourself and soon enough you won't have enough energy to concentrate, you'll feel sleepy and cranky all the time, and your insides will start deteriorating and eating themselves. Not just the fat, but the muscle as well, even your heart muscles. That's why so many people who are anorexic/don't eat enough can just collapse dead one day, since their bodies ate through their heart muscles to get some nutrition and calories and the heart just couldn't support the body anymore. That's where this path will lead you.
Also, there is 3500 calories in a pound, not 2000. If you want to lose weight, I suggest that the first thing you do is make sure that you're doing this for yourself, to make you feel better emotionally and physically. It's easy to get caught up in any failures and start feeling guilty and losing your self-confidence just because you're asking yourself to do things that aren't just difficult and hard on your body, but might also be impossible. That's just setting yourself up for failure.
Now, I know you and everyone else want to lose weight as fast as possible, but that has lead me to years and years and dealing with some horrible eating disorders and I ended up gaining a lot more weight in the end. Even now I still have problems with my old habits (wanting to lose weight fast and starving myself even though I know that it has never worked before and will never work and just ends painfully.
The best thing you can do for yourself is take it slowly. Rome wasn't built in a day, and you didn't gain all that weight in one either. If you follow a healthy diet and change your life to be a bit more active (you don't have to exercise- but it does make you feel good just to walk a bit more) you should see results fairly soon. In fact, probably faster then it took to gain the weight if you stick with it. You'll feel better, you'll have a better prospective on life, and you won't have any ED!
So just keep that in mind the next time you want to try and starve yourself. I would recommend to see what amount of calories would be good for you, although I would also suggest to not worry to much about calories and instead try to listen to your body .

Good workouts to lose weight?

Diet : Include low carb, protein rich food Like Egg Whites, walnuts, cereals - they will give energy as well as vitamins and nutrients without increasing your weight !!
Workout questions? i'm starting gym so i need help!!?
Firstly, it is a lie that you need supplements,
shakes to get you the size you need. I have personally experienced and
seen so many people that grow without supplements and I would say that
supplements are the reason people give up because they expect
unrealistic demands like gaining 5 pounds in a week. What you need is a
high calorie diet done right first, before you go into doing the right
workout and sleeping well.
In terms of a high calorie diet, I propose that you eat 6 meals a day. This way, you will be able to get the most amount of calories into your body without the feeling of puking all the time. On top of that, it is not so much about eating a lot of fatty food, but rather food high in carbohydrates like rice, potatoes, pasta, noodles, biscuits and bread. If preparing and consuming 6 full meals is difficult, you might want to try drinking 500ml of milk in between your meals for a total of 3 times. If that still does not help you to put on 1 pound per week, what you can do is simply increase the amount of milk you drink by 100ml each week until you achieve the results you desire.
The next step to grow is to sleep well. Your body recovers and grow when it is asleep, not when it is up and about and in the gym. This is because when you sleep, your body has the ability to focus on doing just one thing; repair. Repair of muscle cells lead to growth. I would suggest you try to get as much sleep as you possibly can by sleeping and waking up yourself every night. That way, you will feel refreshed and also allow your body to fully repair itself at night.

How do I get motivated to eat healthy and exercise?
Foods to avoid- Pretty much anything processed, I have cut out everything processed out of my diet and I have actually lost quite a bit of weight. Avoid things that come in boxes and cans, it is healthier (typically) to prepare your own food. When eating out avoid fried foods, alcohol, and soda.
Exercises- I do a lot of bike riding, running, squats, lunges, crunches, hiking, and planks. It matters where you are targeting.
What I have found crucial when losing weight for me is obviously to stay completely motivated. How I do this is by
1) planning my meals in advance, every sunday I make time to prepare my breakfasts, lunches and snack and plan out what to make for my dinner.
2) figure out a time to workout that day. Honestly I set like 10 alarms to force myself to go for a run or do some form of exercise. But eventually it will get easier to get off your bum and go work out. It did for me, I now look forward to my daily workouts :')
3) treat yourself once a week in moderation!
4) I do not drink any juice, or pops. I only drink water and skim milk. Water can get very boring after a while so I either put some lemon in or apple slices and cinnamon sticks (tastes yummy! and it increases your metabolism!)
Don't forget to take your vitamins!
