Is white bread fattening?
White bread is flour, flour is carbs, carbs are sugar. Studies show its actually worse 2 eat white bread, rice, potatoes then a candy bar! So yes it is fattening. Eat whole wheat things, they are "complex" there is a book called "good carbs bad carbs" you should read.. Because it's full of simple carbs that turn almost instantly into calories. Because most breads have a lot more calories than whatever you bought.

Because most people don't eat just two slices!
