IS IT BAD TO SKIP BREAKFAST !
VVEERRYY IMPORTANT!!! I can't stress enough how important it is. Breakfast gets your body going for the day and provides the necessary nutrients to keep your brain working during the day and help you feel good in school. I used to be just like you never eating breakfast, but once I did my research and started eating my concentration level in college has gone up and my moods are way better. Another thing eating breakfast is especially important for your future. Missing breakfast may lead to messed up meal schedules and could lead to obesity in the future. Do you want to be fat when you're 25? Probably not. Eat breakfast.
