Do You Have To Workout EveryDay?

It depends on what your workout consists of. the higher the
intensity of exercise the greater the central nervous system
is taxed. it is the CNS that requires a greater recovery 
period as skeletal muscle can recover in 48 hours of less.
only those that participate in heavy resistance training need
to take days off. those that use light weights or just say
walk for exercise can do so daily.
